5 Year Museum Reserve The Contours Riesling
Wine
Pewsey Vale 5 Year Museum Reserve The Contours Riesling is grown on the biodynamic Contours Block, planted in 1965 on the coolest slope of Pewsey Vale's Eden Valley vineyard.
The vineyard is situated between 485 and 500 metres altitude, where the cooler temperatures push the ripening period of the fruit well into autumn. This is essential for producing quality Riesling.
Following fermentation and bottling, the wine is bottle aged over five years to develop richness and complexity prior to release.
Pale straw, Pewsey Vale 5 Year Museum Reserve The Contours Riesling has pure citrus and toasty aged notes with soft natural acidity. Cellaring potential is 10 years after release.
